The oral liquid filling production line is composed of three equipments: bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, and oral liquid filling capping machine. It is divided into three working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilizing, filing and capping. Each machine can be used separately or in linkage line. During linked production, it can automatically complete cleaning, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling, filling, screw (rolling) capping and is suitable for the production of packaging lines for oral liquid bottles and other small-dose solutions in the pharmaceutical, health care, food and other industries;

1. Oral liquid Washing Machine

Automatic bottle washing machine mainly uses to ampoules, vials and oral liquid bottles. This oral liquid bottle washing machine’s application is wide, and easy to change standard components. Ultrasonic cleaning, circulating water, WFI, compressed air jet, etc. to clean the inside and outside of the bottle many times, preventing cross-contamination. Circulation water can recycle and filter alone, save the energy and cost. The bottle cleaning effect meets the new pharmacopoeia standards and requirements. The washing machine can be used separately or in linkage line.

2. Sterilization&Drying Tunnel Oven

The oral liquid sterilizing drying tunnel oven adopts integrated tunnel drying and sterilizing structure, and consist of preheating zone, high temperature sterilizing zone, cooling zone(air cooling or water cooling+online sterilization technology), conveying belt and electric controlling parts. High temperaturer zone adopts hot air circulation heating method, and the bottle is sterilized at 350 degree and heat source removed after bottle washing, with even temperature and energy saving. The heat source of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is evenly distributed, with good heat source removal effect, and can be equipped with a real-time display and printing system for the sterilization temperature.

3. Oral Liquid Filling and Capping Machine

This oral liquid filling and capping machine is mechatronics. According to the characteristics of oral liquid and customer needs, filling and capping can be made into one or separate designs, which saves space and fully complies with GMP standards. The oral liquid filling capping machine adopts a unique filling process curve, which effectively prevents the filling material from foaming or splashing, and is suitable for filling liquids that are easy to foam. Various types of filling pump can be chose: glass pump, metal pump, peristaltic pump, ceramic pump. The filling volume and filling speed are easy to adjust, and the liquid level can be configured to automatically control the feeding. The whole oral liquid filling machine runs smoothly, filling and capping machine uses a large turntable to transport bottles, the filling needle reciprocates and tracks the filling. Adopting the single-pole rolling type capping, the capping qualification rate is high, and the adaptability is good.
